In Phase 1 of the Lunar Visitor Rev J.J. Moore published the Lunar Visitor in San Francisco, California and around 1868 when he left California and became a Bishop of the Church the paper went dormant. In Phase 2, a special edition of the LV was published in a PDF/ electronic format in 2019. A website was created, a public records section was added, , and social media pages accounts started. Also, the Lunar Visitor Publishing Company was registered in Delaware and has 1500 shares.   

Phase 3 begins in December 2022 and is to last to December 2023. The goal is to lay a foundation for the execution of our business model and to reestablish the brand of the Lunar Visitor in living out it's mission. 

Some of the the ultimate goals in this Phase are to get our social media presence up to over 10,000 followers, have a foundation of physical and digital publications that are converted in sales through the website/ online presence, to have a foundation of purchasers of public record services, and to create a membership/ subscription based model, like other media outlets (Real News Network, the Young Turks). 

We are from an ancient family, but yet are modern in our ways, methods, and means. We have a great history, heritage, and culture to share, but can present it in contemporary terms and ways. See the about page!

Bishop Moore is the founder and has an amazing history, is well documented in books, but not widely known at all. He is the contemporary to Frederick Douglass, Harriet Tubman, Sojourner Truth, and abolitionists, but again who knows it?

We are a periodical historically, and therefore we don't have to post news articles daily. We can promoted our articles throughout the week in different ways from different angles, using article quotes, graphics, with links, etc. 

We want articles with strong headlines! Headlines that ask or pose questions, that are provocative, thought provoking and the like. We want both short and long articles, being somewhat repetitive in our topics but telling our stories from different angles. 

We want articles that can be read, heard, and or watched. We want to have some 150 word articles that are surface level, and some 750 word articles that all take advantage of search engine optimization. We want articles with 3- 5 pictures. We want to be engaging.

We want to be thought provoking and challenge readers. We want to be able to go deep into a topic and get engagement. We want well researched articles with links. We want to stimulate our readers.

Our public record section serves a service to the community and a revenue stream to keep the business running. It needs to be marketed and promoted, it's benefits, and the service itself. Read the Public Records Page!

Since we are just getting back on our feet, in a sense, our marketing is key. We have social media pages but little content.
